Time and time again, I remember my mom telling me "don't play with your food!" And 20 years later, I still am! My girlfriend bought me these cookie cutters and decided to serve the bread that comes with the charcuterie plate in a different way!

Adam, those cookie cutters are AWESOME. I am going to try to find myself some like that! Your blog has inspired me, I think I am going to try some N'duja one day soon, but first I'll start with some easier stuff like cotto and genoa salami and pepperone. Thanks dude!
